My camera kit first started out in 2006 with a basic Pentax Optio RS430 Digital Camera. This was replaced in 2007 with a Canon EOS 20D Digital SLR, with 28-105mm f3.5-4.5 USM & 100-300mm f4-5.6 USM Canon lenses. For 2008, I am using a Canon EOS 40D, a Canon 24-70mm f2.8 L from mid-February and a Canon 70-200mm f2.8 L. All images are shot in RAW format, and processed using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom v1.3.

Images are categorised by Year and Date. Select the year you wish to view, or scroll down to view the current year and latest pictures.

A big thank you to all gen posters, as without their help many of these shots would be unobtainable.

	An afternoon spent at Itchen Farm and St. Cross which started off showery but turned into a fabulous afternoon.

	3rd & 4th March  Crewe & The Peak District
	Images from a visit up to Manchester with an afternoon session spent at Weston near Crewe on 3rd March and a day spent in the Peak District at Chinley and Edale on 4th March.

	19th February  More Thames Valley
	Another trip to the Thames Valley visiting Shrivenham, Denchworth, Steventon, South Moreton and ending up in Cholsey.

	13th February  Thames Valley
	Third Wednesday trip sees another cracker of a day and a visit to the Thames Valley. Nothing especially special other than 6Z60, just the local passenger and freight workings photographed. Purley on Thames, Lower Basildon and Cholsey are featured.

	6th February  Newport
	Shots from my second Wednesday trip over in South Wales. Locations visited in the Newport area were Llanwern, East Usk and Newport ADJ. The weather was faultless all day with not a single cloud causing any trouble. A chance to capture many of the interesting freight workings in the area, and the various liveries carried by units also.

	30th January  Westbury
	Having planned to stay in the Exeter area for my day off to photograph 5Z69 and others, (which was caped) an impulsive last-minute-decision trip to Westbury was in order. With wonderful sunny weather throughout most of the day, a rescheduled and diverted 5Z69, and stone trains a-plenty it was certainly worth the effort!
