....what we hadn't taken into account was the lateness of the train, and although booked via the avoider, there was a huge blow to come as the train pottered through Westbury station, leaving us to do nothing but watch in dispair. We soon discovered why it was routed via the station; 43026 is pictured rushing round the Westbury avoider with a westbound HST service, and must've been right behind 5Z91, which used the station as a loop allowing this HST to pass. A disappointing end to the day needless to say.
