A trip out to Micheldever today for 2403s move to Ilford with 47830. I stopped off at a bridge just north of Kings Worthy for 4M55 hoping for the usual 2 x 57s but just got 1 today. 4M55 was looped in Wallers Ash so chased it to the goods loops but a shot was not available. Then popped up to the curve just south of Micheldever station where various freights and a 455 were sighted, before 47830 turned up, my lordz! Then back down to the bridge for 4O51, and 7Y39 which never turned up, but 66702 substituted. A great day, if only it were a little cooler!
